Eggless Cake Mix is for producing an eggless cake for a range of applications. Soft, fine crumb with a subtle vanilla flavour.
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Milk Solids, Maltodextrin, Thickener (1412,1440,1442,), Whipping agent (rice starch, emulsifiers (471, 472b, 475, 477), glucose, milk solids), Raising agents (450, 500), Vegetable Oil (antioxidant (307)), Natural Flavour, Vegetable gum (415), Natural colour (gardenia extract)
Contains: wheat, gluten, milk, Manufactured in a facility that handles: egg, soy and sulphites

Storage:
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
